Join us for a deeper dive into form accessibility. We’ll cover Qualtrics, PDF forms, and Docusign. We’ll demonstrate how you can make an accessible Docusign form, starting with a Google Doc.

Forms - Intro: Part 1 / April 29, 2026 at 10 am 

Does your team use forms to collect information from end users? We'll cover available form creation options at Berkeley and what you need to consider about form accessibility. Learn why forms are considered high risk items in terms of compliance and how to meet legal requirements. We’ll also cover Google Form accessibility.

Archiving Web Content and Digital Documents / April 22, 2026 at 10 am 

Archived content is exempt from meeting updated ADA Title II accessibility standards. However, there are specific criteria content must meet in order to be considered archived. Join us to learn what these criteria are, why they are important , and how to build your own site archive for eligible content.

Accessible Digital Documents / April 15, 2026 at 10 am 

After April 24, 2026, all new digital documents, including PDFs, must be accessible. Join us to learn what these updated requirements are, what they mean, and how to ensure your digital documents meet these standards ahead of this month's deadline.

Planning for Accessible Creation from the Start / April 1, 2026 at 10 am   

Designing content to be accessible from the start is almost always easier than remediating content that's not accessible. After April 24, 2026, all new content you create must be accessible, so it's important to have a strategy in place. Learn some tips about how to bake accessibility into your content creation process.

Learn how to partner with the Digital Accessibility Program (DAP) to ensure digital products meet accessibility requirements. This session covers the basics of requesting a review, what to expect during DAP’s evaluation process, and how remediation commitments and exceptions are handled.
