Beginning in mid-2024, when we add new sites to Siteimprove for accessibility monitoring, we'll need to identify it with a Tag. This is so that we can create reports based on schools, colleges, and divisions.
Exceptions: Sites that do not have to be identified by a Tag:
- student-owned sites (most have "studentorg.berkeley.edu" in the URL)
- Sites with URLs that end in .com or .org (instead of "berkeley.edu")
If you're adding a site that has "berkeley.edu" in the URL (or is a dev/staging/test site for what will be a berkeley.edu site), please identify your L3 department in your support request.
Note: If your website is associated with a center, institute or research program that is overseen by the Vice Chancellor of Research, select "Research / Vice Chancellor for Research" as your division.
